I'm Evangelist Delroy Anthony Thompson, and KFMM Global Ministries is my ministry ("I," "me," "my"). I respect your privacy. This policy explains what information I collect through kfmmglobal.com, how I use it, and the choices you have. By using this site, you agree to the practices described here.
Information Collected
- Contact Form: Name, email address, phone number, and the message you send me.
- Prayer Request Form: Name, email address, phone number, and the details of your prayer request. Prayer requests are treated as confidential and are reviewed personally by me.
- Invite the Evangelist Form: Name, email address, phone number, and information about your church or organization, including event details such as date and location.
- Give Page: If you make an offering through my Give page, your payment information is collected and processed by PayPal, not stored on my servers. Review their privacy policy for how they handle your payment details.
I also automatically receive limited technical information when you visit the site or submit a form, such as your IP address and browser type. This is used for security purposes, described below.
How Your Information Is Used
I use the information you provide to:
- Respond to your message, prayer request, or invitation
- Confirm and coordinate ministry appearances
- Process offerings given through the Give page
- Protect the site from spam and automated abuse
- Communicate with you about your specific request
I do not use your information for marketing or add you to any email or text list without your separate, clear consent.
Cookies and Security
This site uses Cloudflare Turnstile on our forms to prevent spam and bot submissions. Turnstile checks technical signals such as browser behavior to confirm you're a real visitor. It's classified as strictly necessary for site security, so it doesn't require separate consent, but we're disclosing it here for transparency. Cloudflare's own privacy policy governs how it handles this data. Beyond this, the site currently does not use analytics or advertising cookies. If that changes in the future, this policy will be updated and consent will be requested where required by law.
Sharing Your Information
I do not sell or rent your information to anyone. I share information only with the service providers who help me run the site and ministry:
- GoDaddy – website hosting
- Cloudflare – form security (Turnstile)
- PayPal – donation processing, if you give through the Give page
If you join KFMM Global’s WhatsApp community, that conversation takes place on WhatsApp's platform and is governed by WhatsApp's own privacy policy, not this one. I may also disclose information if required by law.
How Long Your Information Is Kept
I keep the information you submit for as long as reasonably needed to respond to your request or maintain ministry records, then delete or anonymize it. You can ask me to delete your information sooner at any time (see below).
Your Rights
You can ask me to:
- Tell you what information I hold about you
- Correct inaccurate information
- Delete your information
Children's Privacy
This site is not directed at children under 13, and I do not knowingly collect information from them.
